We appreciated the medium size refrigerator that had a freezing compartment. Staff was friendly and efficient. "

"The property itself was great. The staff was just not knowledgeable and could not help me but also could not give me the number of someone who could help me. From the experience of the girl at the front desk being rude and unhelpful we will not be back for the reason alone. Plus they also couldnt refund, give credit, or points for having to leave early due to the snow storm that was happening while we were there. If we stayed we would have had to add more nights because we would have been snowed...

"The staff is fine for the most part. The rooms leave a bit to be desired. Beds are comfy. Improvement needed in cleaning & just making them look "professional" Plenty of novice maintenance & repairs goes on here. The pricing is great, so you somewhat get what you pay for. This was my 3 rd stay here for 6-11 days each, so the short comings aren't a deal breaker for me. It's a convenient location & reasonably priced."

"Hotel needs a lot. There is one elevator for the whole building. 2 luggage carts for the whole building. Hot tub is closed. Pool area had signs saying ubder construction so we didnt use it. Was given 3 rooms. One wasnt connected, second was a view od the roof when we asked for a pool view. That room the thermostat had a note on it do not use not conencted. 3rd room had a thermostat with no note but i dont think it worked. Temp stayed at 75 with the heat and cold changed to 33. "Breakfast choice was toast, apples, or cereal but no milk available. Had to use powder creamer for coffee because no milk was available. They had a pancake maker there, but was not working when I complained. They said sorry. Had to go out to a diner to get something to eat."
