"Clean room, great staff, good location."

"We drove from Toronto to watch the England vs Ghana game. The hotel was fairly close to gilette stadium. Staff were friendly,curtious and the breakfst buffet was excellent."

"The hotel is family friendly. The staff were very helpful. Service was awesome. Our room floor was dirty. My daughter’s white socks got dirty in less than 5 minutes of walking on the floors with it. The grout in our shower tile was mostly brown though some parts were clean. Sheets and towels looked pretty old. Pool was cloudy and didn’t look clean at all so the kids passed on that. Breakfast was average. Overall, location was convenient for our events so was ok."

"The room was spacious and clean. The shower curtain was too short so the bathroom was flooded a bit during showers. The breakfast was very simple."

"Good location, right next to the stadium. But had a bad experience, at 7:50 am got woken up by the room service trying to get into my room and knocking repeatedly at the door even after stating there was people sleeping the room."

"Great place if you’re traveling to watch games at Gillette Stadium. The location is convenient. The property is super clean. The staff are super friendly. The free breakfast was decent. Would definitely come back if I’m traveling to New London again."

"We stayed at the hotel for one night, but our room reeked of cigarette smoke. We requested a different room, only to be moved to one that smelled even worse. To make matters worse, when we asked for an extra pillow later that night, we were told that the hotel had none available. This was a very disappointing experience and fell well below basic hospitality standards."

"The place is super dirty. The cigarette smell was awful. You can even smell pee and cigarettes in the elevator. The whole property needs to be renovated big time. That was the first and last time I’m booking there."

"Picked the accommodation because it was a 15 minute walk to the Gillette Stadium which was excellent. However, I also picked it because there was a bar and food which was sadly not open the night before the England match - very disappointing. I was also promised extra blankets because it was cold in room. These were promised but sadly never arrived. However, I would stay there again."

"This is a relatively new hotel (at the time of my stay) and it was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. And the lobby was a great place to hang out for breakfast or after getting back after a day of activities. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area."

"breakfast was the normal set up and was above average coffee was good the rooms are really basic, the best description I can think of is sterile. But everything was clean, the beds are fine with 4 full sized pillows. I didn't notice any outside noise. if you're just looking to sleep and go, the place is fine. But the rooms just don't “invite” you stay more than a night. "
