We checked in but were going to dinner with family so we did not go up to our room until later in the evening. We noticed a very loud fan noise that we could not locate in room 332. I went down to the front desk and she came up within five minutes, heard the noise and figured out it was from the storage and equipment room next door and assigned us a new room immediately. "The lobby and the hallway smelled of urine and was dirty. The place seemed like a urine soaked drug den. My daughter, small dog, and I checked out immediately after looking at the room when we checked in at 11pm, even though we had no place to go. Felt completely unsafe, very disgusting experience. The only positive was the clerk who was very nice."
