"The staff was very sweet but did feel I may have been a bit of a bother when I called front desk at night. The rooms were renovated but not completely, a bit of a miss matched between room and bathroom. The bathroom was a little on the gross side, towel hanger was missing and only showed nails. Front area needs a renovation, I am sure the employees would appreciate it. I missed breakfast but the area they had it in was super clean and they look to have loads of offerings. "The lobby and the hallway smelled of urine and was dirty. The place seemed like a urine soaked drug den. My daughter, small dog, and I checked out immediately after looking at the room when we checked in at 11pm, even though we had no place to go. Felt completely unsafe, very disgusting experience. The only positive was the clerk who was very nice."

However, it didn't state the cost that I paid. The Agent told me to contact Expedia. When I called Expedia, I wasted plenty of time to talk with an Agent.
