"The checking process was painful. There was no phone number listed to contact the facility about how to obtain a code for the front door and room. Extra research had to be done to obtain the information.
The room was clean but had only one wash cloth and hand towel instead of two. The hand towel was dry rotted and came apart when attempting to use it.

"Location - very convenient to restaurants, chinatown, theaters, and Boston Common. Half mile walk from South Station for bus/trains. Building is older, but clean. "I loved this apartment. It was perfect for what we needed. I only gave four stars because the apartment could use a little love and updating, and that may be important to some people. "The property is beautiful and well maintained in a fantastic area. I asked via the messaging system three times if I could check in early but never got a response. That is not acceptable- what if there was an emergency? However I would be willing to stay here again if I could get responses.
Also there was a delivery in the alley the room faced (201)- one delivery was at 4:20am (!) and consisted of super loud slamming sounds for about 10 minutes which woke me up - but the bed is really great...
