STAY AWAY!! Rooms were dirty! Hotel not in a safe area. Blood on sheets , room hadn't been cleaned, we ended up leaving it was so bad! W booked 2 rooms and they were both in the same condition. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Room would not lock properly, the room was absolutely disgusting, there was broken stuff in the room including the lock, looked like the room had been broken into. There was kitty little everywhere. The toliet seat was broken. Toliet was dirty. The shower curtain rod clearly was ripped out of the wall, no shower curtain in the room bathroom door was torn up. There was burn holes in the blanket. Stuff on walls, lamp shades and curtains. It was terrible was driving half way across the country, New England to Texas. This was our on stop after 24 hours in the car, we checked right back out and keep driving, I would rather sleep in my car then in their room

The staff were nice but the hotel was filthy. First room had broken toilet. Second room was crawling with bugs and roaches. Third room was equally as bad as the first two. I wanted to leave after second room but they offered to upgrade, I appreciate the gesture but third room looked like a murder scene. I had to leave and find another hotel to sleep in.

The room had a horrible smell to it. The hotel is rampant with prostitutes, drug dealers, and drug users. A bunch of homeless congregate around the parking lot and hotel. Does not feel safe at all. The whole place smells like marijuana. The staff was friendly. Thats about the only good thing about the place. The room was dirty and nasty. Pillows, sheets, curtains, floors were all stained and full of cigarette holes. Avoid this place, especially if you are traveling with children.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Room was filthy, had mold, stains and drawings on the sheets. I immediately walked out of this hotel and went somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE

I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless dog, because there wasn’t nothing to eat for the free breakfast. The coffee was the same color as the water. The elevator that’s closest to your room doesn’t work, the only working elevator sounds like it’s fallen apart when it gets to the fifth floor. Staff super nice, but don’t have a clue what’s going on around the building. On Tuesday two days after I got there, there were six sheriffs outside the main doors arresting someone with gun drawn. I talked to a sheriff a couple days later about how high the crime is. He told me as long as I kept my head down and didn’t talk or have any kind of conversation with anyone. I’d be safe. I’m thinking the next time I decide to stay anywhere close to where that hotel is. I’ll be in an armored vehicle with body armor And no less than 2 to 3 guns on my possession for my safety only. It’s sad that the company that states it’s part of this American Inn hotel. Is actually upfront to get your business. Please do not stay here unless you’re desperate and don’t care about your safety. The breakfast only contained a coffee maker probably use in the water from the faucet which is brown. The milk was in a gallon size and half used, the juice machine was broken so there was no apple juice or orange juice or just plain water. Then they had 10 roll like things with white icing sticking out the top of them and two different kinds of cereal. And that was it for breakfast which sucked.

Very dirty and run down hotel. First tip would have been that you can not enter into the hotel without being buzzed in. Asked for a cash deposit of $50 upon checking in. Would not take anything else but cash. The shower had barley warm water, one towel and one pillow each for a king size bed. We left at 4 am the front desk required the original receipt from the $50 to return the money. Was never told that as the receipt was in the vehicle with my husband that was loading the truck. Elevator not working and over some of the signs with written profanities. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

The place kinda smelled. One of the elevators was out of service and one of the side doors was jammed shut. Also our king sized bed only came with 2 very small pillows. there was a hole in our wall and the toilet didn't work properly

Junkies standing around outside waiting for you to leave your vehicles, predators following women annd infants around in the lobby and halls openly cat calling them while the front desk attendant just watches. The elevators are engraved with swastikas and other racist symbolism. The rooms, well, the entire place reeks, the carpet in the rooms is wet, the beds were not changed, blankets stained to all degrees, the sinks ran brown water, there was still someone else’s toothpaste smeared on the counters, if they don’t even wipe down the counters imagine what else they don’t clean…. The bed (king size) came with two throw pillows, nothing else. We asked the front desk for more, she said “give me ten minutes” and was never seen or heard from again. The tv remote did not work, and the phone was completely broken into pieces and shoved into a drawer. Our room key worked to get us into the room and then never worked again. Everything about this place was a disaster.

This place is not a hotel, nor is it a three-star hotel. It’s incredibly insecure! I’ve traveled extensively, but this place has been a nightmare. There are no regulations in this country, and it’s like a tier-two world place. That’s why, naturally, my family said no to sleeping there.
