Photos didn’t match the photos here on this site, hallways are extremely dirty with trash everywhere, dirty laundry was outside of people’s door, even with a ‘no smoking’ sign you could absolutely smell smoking and drug use. My room door could be opened without the key card. I told the receptionist up front nothing was done. Extremely unsafe experience. Even, with a low budget hotel the experience was unacceptable. There was condom trash in the nightstand next the bedside table. Bathroom walls had water damage and was still leaking. Bathrooms couldn’t even have a proper toilet paper holder. Broken lamp shades, holes in the curtains, holes in the bedding and so much more. The receptionist, staff and management absolutely don’t care about the safety of their clients. DON’T STAY HERE EVER!

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Even for the price. Check in went fine, but that was the end of the comfort and niceness. Everything beyond this point was questionable and had a film of filth covering it. Literally the lobby, hallways, and elevator had no a/c whatsoever. Our room did not even have a working lock on the door. The A/c in our room could barely even be considered “working” as it stayed on hi the entire stay and barely kept the room at a bearable temperature. We had to request cleaning supplies and clean sheets from the house keeper to clean our room before I was comfortable setting my belongings down on any surface in the room. There were ashes on all of the tables, we had to sweep and mop our floor, the walls had stains and sticky spots from the floor to the ceiling, the sheets had stains and burn holes in them. And we even saw roaches throughout the rooms and halls. It was definitely the worst experience I’ve had even in a cheap room. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous, but there was absolutely no reason for this level of disgust.

This property did not have working AC and had safety concerns where I felt imminent danger as the employee described and active manhunt in the building. See my Google review for more details. I’m disappointed that Expedia would advertise such a place and not take reviews into account or continue to deal with properties that do not honor their pledged refund. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I’m done using Expedia at all. Buyer beware.

The room was unacceptable. No lamp shade over a single bare bulb. Bedding was dirty with cigarette burns. Mold in bathroom. None of the amenities I was promised by the advert and the pictures are fake on Expedia. There were people working on broke down cars and garbage in the lot. We did not feel safe and did not stay. Will demand my money be returned.

Booking promised room service, goose down comforter, Italian fretta sheets, and a fitness club as well as restaurant. It had none of these. The property is very unsafe, apparent drugdealers loitering in the lot, multiple holes punched/kicked in walls/doors. Blaring ghetto music, ppl fighting, babies crying. The property is absolutely filthy. Apparently hasn't been swept in months. Property is in absolute disrepair. In this supposed non-smoking property, You will be hit with the smell of weed upon entering the lobby and as you make your way to your room, cigarette smell fills every corridor with evidence of smoking inside the building, cigarette butts on the floor as well as ashes in the halls and elevator. Pictures on website show a clean well-kept property. Property is not well kept, is overgrown. In my opinion, this should be marked as a fraudulent misleading ad. The reviews are obviously fraudulent and anyone could tell that by stepping onto the property after reading the favorable reviews. It took me 2 hours to reach anyone cuz I was hung up on at least six times when I tried to contact customer service. Front desk also was not answering the calls from customer service. When I finally made contact he refused to refund my full payment. This is an incredibly unsafe property and if you are a woman traveling alone, do not go here. Stay away

I pulled in for my reservation around 1am, WAY too much going on in the neighborhood and sketchy folks in the parking lot. Not sure I would have had all the windows in my car, or a car, in the morning. I am not picky, stayed in more than a few dirt cheap hotels, but this is the first that I have noped out of on sight.

Property was filthy there were roaches in my room soon as I came in & some lights didn’t work entering I told the staff at the desk & she said I couldn’t have a refund but I could move to another room but the whole building was very unclean I regret booking here I handed my key in & found a better hotel shortly after they offered me another dirty room rather then my refund. People work hard for their money if cleanliness and basic human decency isn’t goin to be guaranteed!!!

Worst booking Ever!!!!!!!

I book my stay for me and my wife and when we got to the room they still charged us for a room we never stayed in I tried to check us in and he said they didn’t have any more rooms available and I said I already booked the room and paid for it he said I have to go stay somewhere else he doesn’t have any more room so how do you let us book a room if you don’t have any I asked if gave our room away he said the rooms have been filled but he still allowed us to think we had a room and took our money and we still had to find a new hotel.It was a lot of people standing outside late at night the inside of the lobby was dirty the man at the desk was rude about it. We will never book here again!!!! I’m still waiting on my refund.

Room212 Was filthy pillows had yellow piss stain bed bugs hallway smelled like piss group of people hanging around looking in to cars and smoking weed and a couple of them worked for the oyo in because I seen them walking in to front office and lady said to just walk in to room and lock it behind you because battery for door was out I have video's of how the bed and pillows looked as well as the bed bugs and roaches running around
