"We had a few minor maintenance issues that the staff responded to and resolved immediately. The hotel is located about 0.4 miles from Beale Street but only couple of blocks from the AAA Memphis Redbirds minor league ballpark. We enjoy walking to and from those tourist attractions rather than driving and paying for parking.,. even though it was 100 degrees the weekend we stayed there. "I booked this hotel for my husband and me for our anniversary weekend because the reviews were great and the photos looked beautiful. Unfortunately, our experience did not match what was advertised online.
When we arrived, the property looked so different from the photos that we thought we were at the wrong hotel. At check-in, we were told about a $75 incidental fee per night. We were fine with the fee, but I wish it had been clearly disclosed before booking.
