"Bonjour après avoir payé sur expédia et confirmée mon séjour une fois à l’hôtel il m’ont dit nous n’avons pas de compte avec expédia ils n’on pas accepté de me donner la chambre et expédia n’a rien mise à part il sont échanger avec moi des messages nous allons régler ça mes rien n’a été réglé j’ai du aller réserver dans un autre hôtel cash c’est horrible et chaque soir c’est la même histoire avec expédia "

"A great night stay. The reception are exceptional and courteous. I slept comfortably and well, especially after long flights, comfort was a big plus. The restaurant has amazing choice for breakfast and I’m partial to the cinnamon roll (made with croissant pastry), so brilliant. Very fresh orange juice and great fruit. The hot choices are delicious as well. Will be back the next time I’m back in Giza. "

Excellent costumer service, friendly staff, if you get there before check in and the room is ready they will let you get your room with no extra charge. For $30 they will schedule a taxi to pick you up at the airport. Breakfast included at the roof top of the hotel with an amazing view of the pirámide. We were pleased with this hotel. "

"Bei Buchung des Aufenthaltes im Hotel gab es keinen Hinweis auf die Schließung des Schwimmbades, so dass wir erst bei Anreise erfahren haben, dass das Schwimmbad während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt werden konnte. Ein nachträgliches Entgegenkommen des Hotels , z.b. in Form eines Preisnachlasses wurde von dort abgelehnt. Das angebotene Frühstück kann von uns lediglich als mittelmäßig bewertet werden. Es wurde z.b. Brot angeboten, dass so hart war, dass man es nicht hätte essen...

"Des chambres propres, accueillantes et des lits confortables. Un petit déjeuner delicieux et copieux avec vue sur les pyramides: un must! Abdul et sa famille sont aux petits soins et toujours prêts à nous aider. Le quartier est animé, ce qui a ses avantages mais peut nécessiter des bouchons d'oreilles. Une très bonne adresse! On recommande chaudement!"

"The room was in excellent condition, the staff were very courteous and ready to help. The breakfast was alright but the Internet service is very epileptic. Most times there's no Internet connection which is not very convenient for communication and work to be done on my laptop. "

"The property was at an excellent location, unobstructed view of the pyramids- day and night. The rooms were cozy and comfy. It may not be fancy but perfect location for visiting the pyramids. The view of the pyramids from your own balcony is quite stunning. "
