"We were very impressed with the staff in welcoming us from the valet to the front desk. Once we toured the property my wife and I were amazed at what a great vibe the hotel had. The bars were well stocked and the bartender Justin was very attentive to what we asked for. We also ate dinner at the bar and the chef brought our steak to us personally. "Rooms were clean, but with the high number of guests over the weekend, having only two functioning elevators led to long wait times, which became frustrating. I also attempted to use the stairs, but the ground‑floor doors were locked, forcing me to return to the elevators."
