"Pleasant stay"

"Room wasn't very clean, musty smell. Furniture was worn. Light over sink didn't work. Ok for a brief overnight on a trip but if I had to stay there more for than a few hours sleep I wouldn't be happy."

"Everything about my stay was fabulous, I really love the idea of having a full kitchen, except there was no can opener in the kitchen, but compared to other places that I have stayed in, no where compares to this hotel. I needed an early check in and was able to do so with no problem at all. I would recommend the Resident Inn to anyone who is traveling and wants a top notch place to stay. "The room was large and functional. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area had plenty of tables. Also, parking was no problem and the staff was very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant hotel."

"The front desk clerk was the only good part of my experience. The hotel is not as pictured. One building includes updated rooms (54) and one building is dilapidated (52). I opened the door to my room to find it filthy. The room had clearly not been swept or vacuumed in some time, let alone between guests. There was used body jewelry found on the floor. The bathroom sink did not drain. The room provided was not suitable for occupancy. Avoid this property. The management is not helpful and is...

"Room was dusty. Amenities were awkwardly squeezed into a closet, almost no available counter space. Staff were totally absent."

"All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak."

"I stayed in room 316, I tried making a call phone wasn’t working!! I spoke to a gentleman, before leaving No one ever came to change the phone, I had to use my cell phone. I spoke to the young lady at the front desk about my concerns and her response was I understand not I’ll give you a discount everything else was okay."

"For a somewhat modestly priced hotel, this one is a winner. Modern, stylish, immaculate. My room was in perfect shape in all regards, and filled with thoughtful touches in the bathroom. A nice breakfast is included, and that only adds to the ease of things. They even have parking spaces with roofing overhead. Altogether, a most delightful hotel that I heartily recommend."
