"So good I decided to come back to stay here again for multi nights while in Boston/Waltham. Good mattresses, great pillows, clean room, clean air, clean carpets - pretty much brand new. cleanest of the properties I stayed while in Waltham at several different hotels. Breakfast was decently good. Could have some better options. Had better breakfast at other places, but the room, bed, pillows and gym + pool make up for it. If they just had kick a coffee it would be in the running for best...

"The room was very quiet and very comfortable. We liked this hotel very much. The staff were all friendly. We stayed for a week and found that breakfast was OK but could be improved. Only 1 of the 7 days was there bacon. The other days it turkey sausage patties day after day, which was monotonous. The oatmeal was good but I would suggest offering raisins or cranberries as toppings instead of pumpkin seeds and coconut. We will stay again here as we visit our daughter in the area and appreciated...

"Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, big room with kitchenette, can open windows. Small gym and pool. Negative: Doors were a bit heavy and slams at closing, no hand bars in bathroom and not enough towel racks. No luggage stands."

"The location seemed to be quite new and everything was in great condition. Parking was a bit difficult as every space in the lot was full. The staff was just fine. The breakfast quality could have been better. All items seemed to be pre-frozen or in a tasteless, heated-up condition. Not terrible but could have been better. Overall, the place is fine and I would return."
