"One of the main reasons we booked this motel was because of the pool. The pool pictures are prominent and the site mentions that the outdoor pool is open year round. We were very disappointed when my husband and kids went to go use the pool at 7:30 pm and there was a padlock on the gate. First he was told it was closed because of the weather, and while it was overcast and cooler, they still wanted to swim, And then he was told it closed at dusk. It did not state this anywhere on their website or on hotels.com. Overall our stay was adequate and the breakfast was quite good. My husband felt the room smelled a bit when we first checked in, but he is sensitive to smells from cleaning products."

"The breakfast had limited options, which could be improved. The room size was very good and quite comfortable. However, the toilet flush was not working properly. The sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable and noisy. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine. Overall, it’s a good hotel."

"Check in was at 3 PM and we were told we had to wait another half hour for our room before it was ready (cleaned etc)! Room was NOT clean, it was filthy; floors were so dirty our feet were black after showering, the bathroom had 2” long hairs on the floor, the tub had streaks of dirty dried water running down it! The room smelled so musty and moldy it made us feel sick!"
