"I have no words to say about this hotel, everything is good: the reception, the reasonable price, the available parking right in front of the room, and there is breakfast (though I woke up late and didn't go). The only thing that ruined my mood and changed my perspective was a Latin housekeeping lady in her 30s—I didn't see her name. She was violent, angry, and aggressive. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, and I was running a little late, thinking check-out was at 12:00 PM. She knocked on my door at 11:00 AM, and I apologized to her, saying I would leave within ten minutes. Only a short while later, she started knocking violently on my door, asking in an aggressive manner, and screaming in my face to get out in an unprofessional and insulting way. I didn't react to her behavior; instead, I left quickly and filed a complaint at the front desk. However, they didn't do anything and just said, "She is nice and good." How can that is the case? Is this how customers are treated? She needs to be taught how to respect customers, especially since this hotel is good in every aspect. The manager really needs to fix this issue because it is a clean hotel with a reasonable price, and it's not right for someone like her to ruin all the hard work. Customer service is very important, and what she did was completely unprofessional. I told her "ten minutes and I'll leave," and even if I was late, she shouldn't have acted this way. I could have paid a late check-out fee, which is normal…"
