"Best price-quality for the central location, if you don't spend much time in the hotel, but want to discover most of Seoul and do shopping in a few days, this hotel is your place. As you see in some comments, there can be very tiny rooms, eg eco-singleroom (really tiny) but everything you need is inside (safe, hairdryer, shower, toilet, table, seat, accessories etc.!)."

"The hotel is nice clean and the staff is excellent. The only reason why I did not give five star is because of the genocidal Israeli flag on the top. Other than that, everything was nice."

"Very close to the station. I liked that for this particular period, I received a sheet mask for my stay. Also there was water available. Upon check out, there is a locker to store my things. I arrived early and my room was available so I was able to check in before 12pm. That was also very nice."

"They don’t have a front desk/reception are. The check in was super easy on the kiosk which is on the 2nd floor. Just get in the elevator to the second floor to check in. After that from the 2nd floor and up you need a room key for the elevator. The room was small but had a big closet and a full fridge. Great location just a 6 min walk to the Myeongdong night market. The police station is right next to the hotel. Housekeeping staff did not speak English but they were very friendly."

"The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Room is small, suitcases have to be closed and in standing position whole time in order for us to move around. we stayed at first floor and the room is very humid, we never feel the comforters are dry. Terrible feeling. Can’t open the window as there’s no window screen. Opened once and mosquito got in. Only one layer light-blocking curtain, can only choose between dark room or no privacy at day time. Once showered the entire washroom floor...

"Room size was ok, not much walking space. But there is a huge espresso machine which I love it. It dispenses hot water too, save the water boiling time. Appreciate that all the minibar items are free. Location is just opposite Namdaemun, with a twosome cafe and Burger King downstairs. Airport limousine bus just opposite the property too."

"Good view (for Namsan mountain & city) and clean facility... but one tower building (for hotel) with other separate club (for mainly other membership of swimming, fitness, golf range). Not so much choice of restaurant inside. Breakfast is also OK. One particular of this Banyan Tree Seoul is one "bath pool" inside of room (with separate small steam sauna). This is the main reason I made choice this time. Actually it is good experience. Main issue for this hotel is the price. Too expensive...
