Room is clean, staff are helpful, hallway a bit old. Very convenient to Myeongdong night market, incheon limousine around the corner also all the tour bus pickup. I would stay here again next time.

You can't beat the location. A short walk to shops, restaurants, subway station, and airport bus stop. Hotel is well maintained. Room is on the small side but it seems standard in Asia. Highly recommended.

LOVED this hotel! An easy Uber drive from the airport (~$60USD). Location was perfect: walk to convenience stores, breakfast options, Michelin restaurants, night market and more! Car cafe across the street. Best Korean BBQ nearby. Hotel extremely clean, staff helpful, ice machine/laundry. Nice room, nice amenities. Rooftop garden doesn’t really have a view - to reason to hang out there. Worth the price. Great value!

Staff was excellent. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. They ordered us a car for early morning airport departure as Uber or taxi service wouldn't pick up at hotel using apps. The only downfall was lack of window in room. Made for a depressing stay in the room.

Everything about this hotel is excellent except amenity provision. The front desk is manned by a staff at any one time that limits the level of assistance he could give to patrons, for instance when the front entrance door could not open during rainy day, but I must say they had tried their best. The front desk staff is friendly and could speak English reasonably well. But I am surprised that in its sustainability effort, the hotel did not provide basic amenities like tooth brush, tooth paste and razor. Patrons have to buy them from nearby convenient stores which ironically, created some inconveniences. Overall, a good hotel with a good location. Would recommend this hotel to friends coming to Korea.
