"Bathroom was small. Little space to put anything in. Old fashioned. Room smaller than others we stayed in. Ice buckets but no ice except from the manager. We have had better at red horse inn."

"For the first time ever we experienced a rude staff member here. At first they had given me a hard time about the card being put on file. We have been staying here for 7 years,multiple times a year, we have never experienced this type of issue. Then when I asked for an extra towel later on for the room I was met with confrontation, an eye roll, and frustration. It was myself and 3 kids staying in the room. I had asked for one singular extra towel as we had to use our room towels for the pool...

"Check in was extremely easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and serene. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!"

"You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed."

"Room 410 was lovely with a private balcony and only one set of stairs from the rooftop sitting area. The property was spotless and tastefully decorated. Staff was very welcoming and helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay at the MV Surfside Hotel. The staff is the primary reason our visit was so relaxing and comfortable. It was evident that everyone works very hard to maintain the facility and provide excellent guest services. The location adds value to the experience. It takes approximately three minutes to walk from the Oak Bluffs ferry port to the hotel. In approximately two more minutes, you’re on Circuit Avenue. It’s an ideal location. "The stay was overpriced. The fact we could hear the toilet flushing from upstairs for the price was a bit silly. Don’t stay in 921. The room was nice but I did find as I was plugging in my phone to charge trash behind the nightstand. Cleaning could be improved. Would I stay again. NO!"
