"We don’t have breakfast, in the room the furniture is battered and heavily worn the bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom door is damaged and the carpet is dirty it need of maintenance "

"Housekeeping should by every other day just to see if you need amenities. I have to always go to the lobby for bathroom tissue and fresh towels, or just put extra bathroom tissue in the rooms. Other than that I have no issues at all. Quiet"

"All Staff very helpful! This includes front desk, house keepers to maintenance even the airport shuttle. Would stay again!"

"There is a very noisy fan in the bathroom running from 6 AM to 10 PM. Cannot be turned off. Breakfast is good. The gym should have some more free weights. The bed is comfortable."

"Convenient location to/from airport and to/from BART subway to access San Francisco. Front desk clerk very nice and helpful. Minor complaints are that airport shuttle is only once per hour and my room had a faint unpleasant odor which I was able to address by opening the window."
