"We arrived at 9:30 PM and found the hotel entrance locked. The front desk was unattended, and I had to call to get someone to let us in.
Unfortunately, things only got worse once we entered our room. In the bathroom, we found a pair of dirty underwear, and there was also a pair of used socks left in the room. In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced anything like this, even at budget hotels with poor ratings.
