"Average stay"

"The lobby area is deceiving. Just look behind the front desk counter. From floor to ceiling it’s filthy. And never was there anyone attending the front desk. I ended up piling my key cards on a bunch of other people’s who had “checked out” when we tried to leave. The sink was clogged and we had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the bathtub. No one answered the front desk or housekeeping phone ever. The absolute grossest thing was that they reused the shampoo and clearly diluted with...

"Comfortable clean hotel"

"The hot tub was broken and the front staff was rude. Also the room was dirty"

"Liked the larger room and bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jeremy. There was coffee, tea and apples available 24 hours. Tje pool is on the smaller side, but clean and well maintained. The breakfast was typical..waffles. eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy."

"We actually got here after 10:00 at night because we went to cedar point and we're going to the Toledo zoo in the morning the lady in the office was super nice really helpful. The room was clean the pillows and bed were comfortable nothing fancy but a nice place to put your head down to get some rest!"
