"While my overall experience at the property was excellent, I did encounter an uncomfortable situation during my visit. I attempted to purchase a bottle of wine while an event was taking place in the lobby. The staff initially acknowledged me and began assisting with my request. However, the transaction was abruptly interrupted by another individual who appeared to be associated with the event or may have been staff who stopped the process. This interaction made me feel unwelcome and as though I did not belong in the space. I’m not certain of this individual’s role, but the experience was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise positive visit. I hope this can be addressed to ensure all guests feel respected and accommodated moving forward."

I was disappointed that I was promised a late check-out, but unfortunately, I was unable to extend my stay in the room for a few hours. This upset me greatly. I'm giving it 4 stars. It's a real shame. Sorry."
