"My company paid for three rooms for our employees. When one of the employees tried to check in, they were denied entry by the manager. We had already pre-paid and the manager was incredibly rude to our employee who was trying to check in. Also stated that they would be keeping the money we alreayd paid for the rooms and not offering us a refund."

"The property was in a convenience, location, right off the highway, which made it easy to access the mini surrounding areas. The property was large, had a nice pool, gym. and laundry room. The staff were so very friendly and helpful and there was a nice breakfast buffet each morning. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return."

"Definitely off the beaten path! Was a little concerned when we first pulled up because the pictures on line do not show the neighborhood. After getting the history of the little town I was happy we chose Green bridge Inn. Cool history and sites to see."

"We liked the location of the property, and its proximity to points of interest in the area. The room was clean and spacious. We did not like the hand held shower. It was very inconvenient. For the high price that we paid, we would have liked a regular shower. We did not like the fact that either at check in or at check out, the deposit amounts were not explained to us. Even when we asked explicitly at checkout, we were not told. We found out later while looking at the credit card statement....

We paid for a room we could not use. There were several people at the property with the same issue. The staff does not answer the phone or respond to the chat feature they send."
