The rooms were a lot smaller than advertised and there wasn't really a bathroom. There was door to toilet that couldn"t close and the shower was behind another small door. The towels were stained and there was a smell in the room

The check-in process was poor when they gave us keys to SOMEONE ELSE’s occupied room. The hot water varied each day. The room keys reset every two days, requiring a visit to the front desk. The breakfast staff seemed uninterested in resolving coffee and other issues. The location is convenient and the access to food and shopping was nice.

Nuestra estancia fue muy amena, el hotel es seguro y el personal es muy amable, la habitación estaba limpia y amplia. El desayuno estaba bueno, tal vez un poco más de sabor estaría mejor, se entiende que preparan en mucha cantidad. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos aquí.
