It is interesting when an evaluation states that everything is excellent and that everything that was required was available, but this does not match with the given mark so it appears to be contradictory. If this, in the guest's perception, could have been due to having a more comfortable seat/sofa in the bedroom, we greatly appreciate the suggestion and we would have gladly changed it or found a way to increase its confort. However, it is also to remember that at check-in, both verbally and by referring to the welcome information sheet and also in each meeting with the guest during his stay, it is continuously highlighted and asked if everything is ok so that any problem or requirement can be solved or attended as soon as possible. We regret that the guest has not made use of this option to meet any need as well as the fact that this is known later but influencing his review. However, it will be a great pleasure to receive the guest again to satisfy him in what he requires in the bedroom or external facilities within the framework of our concept/price.

As shown in the photos the kitchen/dining room area is a bit small as it corresponds to a medium sized apartment, however you could have chosen another of our large 2 bedroom apartments with separate kitchens and dining rooms providing plenty of space. Apparently the size of the kitchen/dining room of the apartment you selected did not imply an inconvenience for you as you finally extended your stay in it, however we look forward to your next visit to Merida in one of our larger apartments. It will be a pleasure to receive you again.

Normally all guests are asked about their arrival time. Probably you didn't see the corresponding messages. Also in the announcement it is stated that only in this apartment there could be a little noise due to traffic since 2 of its windows face the street, but this is only from Monday to Friday during working hours (9am -5:30 PM) due to the nearby offices. We regret that you have not previously read all the advertisement and messages and this influenced your review, but we are glad that you nevertheless slept well, which reflects that the noise is not significant. We look forward to welcome you on your next visit to Merida.
