"Very inexperience and careless staff. It was a bad experience especially if solo traveling."

"Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money."

"Spot is great. Staff even better. Very cute place. My favorite on its tier in Dominica. Food is also delicious!"

"The menu stays the same always. The should really have the guest wear properly issued bans, so security does not make them feel uncomfortable . Plus all inclusive options is not for all guest. Which is bad."

"New elevator very helpful, very friendly serving staff, clean rooms every day is rare, great food. Very good business week. I’m a repeat customer."

Landscapers to pride and maintain them every morning. Have no fear of bugs. I didn’t see any bugs or rodents or mosquitoes during my stay. Rooms were nice with good views all around. Rooms have both 120V and 220V power! The beach was a short walk and even has sites for sea turtles. No complaints on my...

"Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)"

"Did not have a good experience. I felt bullied by the receptionist and manager."

"Comfortable and the restaurant was good, fast service and very pleasant staff."

"Amazing stay, the pool area has a bad smell other than that the hotel is amazing."

"An excellent guesthouse to stay with a group. Clean"

"View can’t be beat from the deck. Convenient store less than 1 minute"
