"During check in the reception Carla check us with ease and she was very friendly all the time I was there the staff are wonderful… We booked in at this hotel for 4 days for a graduation ceremony and my staying was peaceful.. Complementary breakfast was great. The lady philippine that works there was very friendly and kind… I recommend this hotel"

"Mold! There was mold in our first room. We both got extremely sick from it. We stayed for 7 days and spent 5 of them sick. They only give you two flat pillows for a queen/king bed and we requested more and finally days later got them. Our second room only had one bath towel but we made it work for the days we were there. The wifi - where to begin? Constantly lagging and not connecting. The place didn’t even have basic cable so it was an adventure. Spend a few dollars more and find a better...

"It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!"

"The staff were all very nice. We had a very late check in and they were great. Room was clean, gym was nice and breakfast was good!"

"Wonderful hotel, comfortable beds. Breakfast was beyond basic- I would recommend to skip and go elsewhere for breakfast. All food was previously frozen packaged from a basic shop. Nothing was in house cooked in the morning Surprised, since hotel has a chef on staff."

"The property holds $100 as security and made sure we knew how hard it was to get back. We asked for them to inspect the room on checkout and they would not. I took pictures and going thru Expedia to get money back."

"The room was nicely clean, Jesús and the rest of the staff are very friendly, attentive, and courteous and really helpful so you find everything you need. The breakfast is great, there is always someone checking that the items don't run out, and there's a lot of choices for everyone. There are a bunch of stores nearby and every thing I wanted to see from Jacksonville was no more than 30 minutes away."

"Nastiest place I ever almost stayed , booked for 3 days and I couldn’t last 5 min in the room. Dirty wash cloths and towels . Smashed bugs all over walls and also has holes in walls filled with toilet paper . Bugs in beds and public hair on covers. After all that they refused to refund even though I asked for refund after 5 minutes in room . Drug deals outside of building right in front of main office"
