"Overall it was a pretty good stay. Nothing is perfect. Coffee maker in room was hard to use. Hurt myself trying to get water in it. And was 4k cups but 1 packet with cream and sugar and nothing hardly in those. Eggs were pretty great for breakfast. Bacon also good. Sausage was good even though seems a little shilled really. "Ive bee at hotels near the interstate before, but this hotel was noisy from the interstate traffic. When we arrived, we saw there was no parking available in the hotel parking lot and the garage was filled with furniture. I asked what floor renovations were taking place on and was told 4th floor and requested not to be placed on that floor. I awoke early to meet family members downstairs who were dropping off kids. Not only was furniture being brought up to 4th floor, but the only elevator was...

"Hotel is outdated. No Mini fridge. Bathroom was small, water backed up in tub, tub and sink faucets were dirty and falling off, no room for toiletries in bathroom. Carpet in room was nasty and dirty. TV didn't work. Bugs (not naming what kind) were found in rooms and stairwell walls. Way overpriced!!"

"The pictures did not match the room. The bathroom had refillable toiletries attached to the wall that stayed empty. housekeeping was every other day and we came on a holiday weekend so they only came once during our stay."

"I ended up leaving before the end of the night. there were holes in the wall. it reaked of smoke and bodily fluids. there were prostitutes walking up and down the parking lot offering services to me (and my wife). our uber driver told us we should leave it is unsafe. the worker would only talk to me from outside. i cancelled my entire evening plans and went home.... to unsafe and it made us miserable. "

"Floor buckling, sour mold smell, bug bites leaving huge whelps on my arms the size of golf balls, bed head board pulled half way out of wall mount, lights on head board stayed on with no way to turn them off ( I had to cover them with clothing to sleep) stove in kitchen didn’t work, tv remote missing, tv didn’t work, room phone sitting in desk but no cord and not plugged in, was not allowed an early check in, dirty linens where in front of my room from previous guest for 48 hours. "
