"The rooms were nice and clean, the hotel is very well presented as well as staff. Only issue is. they don't have a fridge in the room and it's only a cooler that doesn't really cool anything. Contacted front desk a few times to have it changed to a working cooler but Never happen within a weeks stay there. But was offered bucket of ice instead but we needed a fridge as it was hot weather and to put our drinks in. That was the only disappointment from our stay they should look into that to make it more of a pleasant stay for people. The staff are excellent and hotel is spacious and very clean."

"Gorgeous views, a short walk to all the shops in Melbourne with great bars a min walk away. The all day dining menu is really good and fresh and the service was great. As a female travelling alone I felt really safe and it was a luxurious break."
