Check‑in isn’t allowed until 4pm, yet the lobby closes at 5pm, which is incredibly inconvenient and not customer‑oriented. I didn’t meet a single staff member during my entire stay. The room had multiple issues from the moment I walked in. The towels appeared dirty, and what looked like blood stains on one of the pillows was completely unacceptable. "The Inn was lovely and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The owners were warm and welcoming when we arrived and delightful to chat with. There was fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast in addition to baked goods and other freshly prepared options once we were seated. Five inches of snow fell the first evening enhancing beautiful scenery viewed from the dining room. We definitely plan on returning!"

Unfortunately I was not able to do so and no other option was given. When I checked into my room (King room with jetted tub) I noticed that it was clean and had the right size bed.
