"A thoroughly lovely experience from start to finish. The property is a large Victorian house with lovely period features. All rooms are spacious and the kitchen is huge with every amenity needed. All bedrooms are en-suite large bedrooms. The host was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. New Brighton is a lovely family orientated seaside town. Had such an absolutely amazing break "

"It was a good clean property, we had plenty of space. We received all the check in details in good time. We arrived late so the key safe is a great way for access.
There is no wardrobes but the draws are long so you can lay the clothes and they don't get all creased.
There is some shops not too far up the road. It's a long way from Liverpool.
We enjoyed our stay."

"The accommodation was immaculate, in a great location, private, and looked great! It had everything I needed including cooking facilities, etc. and heating that actually worked, which is essential at this time of year.
The host was very friendly, helpful and proactive, always answering promptly whenever I had to contact him.
Great value for money, would highly recommend to anyone staying locally!"
