"Property wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Hair strands all over the place. The bathroom shower didn’t make sense at all, water was just running all over the place everytime after showering. I was charged extra upon arrival for the extra guests. Location is decent, close to everything by car. "

"This is the perfect location in Fira! Just steps away from shopping and dining. The Villa is very spacious and clean. One of the upstairs bedrooms may be challenging for an adult as the ceiling is very low. Helen and Vanessa were the BEST!!! So helpful with absolutely everything we needed. She was the most helpful person and communicated very well. She gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. She made the stay the most enjoyable we have ever had at a property.
