Beautiful hotel and staff! Has a family feel from the reception team. Ideal location - quiet and relaxing with sunset and caldera views from the open stair at hotel entrance and pool. Courtyard room good shower size and a room separation for a cave style hotel.

This hotel was a dream, and the staff made our entire vacation feel special, from the first greeting to the goodbye at check-out. We got upgraded to a room with jacuzzi overlooking the Caldera and we never had a more perfect room or more romantic vacation.
