"good location and the service here is excellent"

"This hotel had the perfect location for us. Close to restaurants, trains, water taxi. The staff at the hotels was very helpful! They have a really good option for breakfast buffet just 2 minutes away from the hotel. The rooms were well equipped with everything you need and very clean. It’s a little load at nights but nothing crazy."

"Best complementary breakfast have ever had"

"The room was very comfortable and clean"

"The hotel was located an easy walk from St. Marks Square. Rooms are small, but well organized. This area is super busy, very filled with tourists at all hours, but our hotel and room were quiet and calm. We especially appreciated the private water taxi transfer from the train station. It was well worth the beautiful experience, and our guide led us right to the hotel which was invaluable!"

"We had one night in venice before heading back to Rome. The lady host was incredible, gave us plenty of recommendations on places to eat, explore, how to navigate water taxis. We saw as much as we could. Apartment was clean, spacious and quite, bonus points for many channels on tv. Location was amazing, close to train station and many attractions. Ciao"
