"Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful.
When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though!
The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. "

"Beautiful hotel with very nice, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Front desk is unbelievably attentive. The only thing was the gym. Not very nice with minimal equipment. It is crowded with 2 people in it. Needs to be expanded and new equipment for a hotel like this."

"Firstly, I’ve traveled extensively and never complained about a hotel but this have one was really bad.
Hotel staff at front desk unwelcoming and rude. Shockingly poor experience compared with all the other hotels we stayed at in Italy.
