"Loved the hotel, was a great location and easy to get to.
Rooms were fantastic and staff couldn’t do enough for you.
The only hiccup I would say is the air con was switched off meaning the rooms were too hot and stuffy. I complained but I have since learned that Italian hotels switch off their air conditioning in November because of seasonal heating and cooling regulations. They did provide a fan in the end as it was a particularly warm even in November.
The other issue was a beautiful roof...

They have a really good option for breakfast buffet just 2 minutes away from the hotel.
The rooms were well equipped with everything you need and very clean.

"It was a modern hotel for the area, but there was no air conditioning in the room. It is at least a 20 minute city bus ride from Venice. I also could not see Venice from the hotel like other reviews. Not sure how that would be possible. The staff spoke English and did provide information needed for the area. It was very cleaned compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were clean a bit hard but we slept well."

"Our only complaint was there wasn’t ample lighting - also in two of our rooms the outlets were inoperable.
The rooms were very comfortable and spacious though. It’s a quiet area in Venice that we appreciated being in after long days with lots of people. Nice little restaurants close and a water taxi stop that was never busy :)"
