"This hotel is not what I was expecting."

"This was quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We checked in on Saturday, had to purchase our own toilet paper on Monday as housekeeping did not do anything with our room until being asked by us on Tuesday!!! Then after being asked, all they did was empty trash and leave new towels. Our keys worked intermittently and when you asked the front desk to rekey them you would’ve thought you were asking them to go above and beyond!! I could another rooms alarm clock go off every morning...

"Clean room, spacious shower in bathroom. Good bath products. Nice coffee/tea choices in the room. Quiet. Bar at the Hive restaurant was very nice! Friendly staff. Free parking nearby. You do have to walk a bit from the free parking garage, no ramp available for rolling luggage. Valet parking is available but they use the same parking garage. Enjoyed our stay"

"This is a fabulous hotel! Conveniently located near the square with all of its restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. Very attentive staff. Rooms are very clean. It's a recently opened new hotel."

"The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. "

"Breakfast was good, close to daisy museum, and close to the Walmart museum. Only complaint was the room was facing the highway and you can hear everything."

"The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville."

"Room was overall clean, but when walking in the shades in the bedroom and”living” area were down. It rained one night we were there and it rained inside our room. The fan below the window in the living room was messed up and the front of it kept coming off. Our room also never got cleaned, trash taken out, or new towels. Had to ask for them."

"EV chargers were broken. TV controller didn’t work. Room service food order was delivered cold three time. Bed was stiff."

"The location was excellent based on who we were there to visit. Everything we might need store or restaurant wise was in close proximity. The breakfast area had adequate seating as well as a nice selection of food items. My favorite item was the 24 hour coffee station that will freshly grind the beans for your coffee when your ready for a cup. I would strongly consider staying there again. The only thing we didn't like was a strong odor that was limited to just our bathroom area."
