"Very clean & updated hotel in central Salem. The rooms are "micro", so not much room - but if you don't require much room you'll be fine. Parking is in the Salem Central parking deck ($20/day) that can be a ceased in the building directly across the walkway, so you won't get wet if it's raining."
"The location is excellent. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff were accommodating but did not speak english and it was hard to communicate. Our room did not get clean towels nor get the garbage emptied. We brought our own garbage out and got our own clean towels and toilet paper. That said the free breakfast was good and the hotel was kept clean."
"The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but there is no conditioner, just shampoo. Our towels were stained. Our room key stopped working. The staff was nice and courteous but the property and facilities were run down. The price was cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. "
