From the moment we arrived at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel the hotel and service was fantastic. We had the most wonderful 5 days at the hotel. Highly recommended!!

Quite honestly this was horrible, no coffee for the machine, internet and tv did not work and the toilet seat was broken. There is also no stated way to address these issues.
