"A hotel we enjoy coming back to My wife and I spend one week every month working from Istanbul, and after staying at this hotel several times, it has started to feel like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the lobby is beautiful. It’s a pity that the lobby and bar are not really being used, as they could create a fantastic atmosphere for guests to have coffee, drinks, or meet other people. Despite this, we really like the hotel and feel very comfortable here. For us, it...

"I recommend it’s amazing there"

"We had a lovely night at this hotel despite only staying for a night. The place was spotless and the bathroom was a real treat. The staff were incredibly helpful too. We definitely recommend it!"

"Very good hotel apartment"

"Great place, convenient location, clean rooms, great staff, very nice place to stay."

"Clean and comfortable"

"The room lay out was horrible. The rug was stained like either dogs or cats peed on it. The toilet was dirty when we walked in. The people were super helpful and nice, but the hotel itself needs a bit of love and tender care."

"Exceptional service and outstanding hospitality! We arrived at BOF Hotels only to realize that we had left our passports at another hotel, four hours away from Istanbul. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a great example of outstanding customer service. The reception manager was incredibly understanding and helpful. He arranged the delivery of our passports from the other hotel and even managed to check us in using photos of our passports while we waited for the...

After reporting being touched without consent in a lift with no CCTV, i escalated the complaint to expedia and surprise surprise they dont care about womens safety neither...
