Serviced Apartment di Métropole Européenne de Lille

"Super emplacement. Instructions claires et précises"

"Bien placé pour la braderie"

"Appartement sale dépourvu de gel douche de savon et de shampoing. Petit déjeuner très light"

"we stayed in beaux arts room. it was spacious however there were no luggage racks and not many shelves so i suspect a lot of people live out of luggage on the couch or table. we put our suitcases on the dining room chairs. also the shower is very slippery. we really appreciated the washer as we were half way through a long trip. very satisfactory, no frills, no style. bed was comfortable."

"We were met by Othemane who was very helpful and although we did not need to contact him it was reassuring that he was available any time that we needed. Apartment is an easy 10 to 15 Minute walk with luggage from train station and we had no issues or problems with accommodation during our stay. I would have no hesitation staying here again"

"great location, nice room"

"Bien"

"Despite having booked and paid for two rooms in March for September, three weeks before departure, I received an e-mail to say that they had overbooked and had cancelled my reservation. Just like that! If you go on a booking site and they say that there is availability and they take your money, that should be the end of it. They should honour your booking. Avoid like the plague."
