"The hotel was overall a pleasant place to stay. The location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The food was also good and enjoyable. However, the room was disappointing. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt very worn out and sagging in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. "Lovely rooms and a comft bed. I had the the biggest room they have and it was bigger than I expected, with enough floor space for luggage and moving around with ease. Bathroom was a bit too small for my liking and the water pressure could have been stronger. Lovely girl who checked me in and out."

"Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful. The location was very central. All in all I was very satisfied with my stay. The room had two double beds as expected and a clean and modern bathroom. Some noise coming from outside occasionally but thats NYC. There was a small resturant area that served breakfast at an additional cost. Check out was 11am we were able to check out at 12 for no extra cost. 1 dollar fee per bag for storage. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is old but I guess that's NYC. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. It's in midtown so if you are looking to do things at NYU Langone, it's walking distance. If you're looking to do things in Manhattan, a bit too far. Again, staff are the best."
