"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in NYC! The location was perfect ,close to everything. The hotel had a cutesy, charming vibe that made it feel welcoming right away. The room was clean and cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. This is actually the second location of this hotel brand I’ve stayed in, and once again they didn’t disappoint. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d stay again!"

"Everything in this hotel from the servers, their attentiveness. The size of the fonts on the menu the lighting from the windows is gorgeous and then the private nook areas. Unbelievable the slippers by the bed the fruit bowl in the room the detail of this hotel is amazing small rotary phone. Live music the streaming music. just a gorgeous ambiance within the entire property and even down to the voices of the staff that they hire as everything is creates a very beautiful experience."
