Hyatt Place Chelsea is a fabulous property. The room was clean and comfortable. It is large by NYC standards. The best aspect of the Hyatt was the staff and service. It was exceptional. The employees could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The Hyatt is now my go to hotel in the Chelsea are of NYC.

Property is great!! Staff is very helpful but the only issue is with the elevators being very busy around breakfast time. You have to wait for sometimes over 30 min to get it stop. We missed our breakfast once because of it. But other than that, great location and wonderful staff.
