The rooms are much nicer than the lobby. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast one of the days was really, really good. You can borrow a bike and helmet from the front desk. Really great area to explore. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, bottled water, cookies, and beer during specific hours, which was a nice bonus. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from Penn Station, Moynihan Train Hall, and Madison Square Garden. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is perfect hotel to sight-see in NYC. Minutes away from Penn Station to hop on the subway. The staff were super friendly & the rooms were very clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is amazing! There are a variety of hot dishes that rotate each day plus any other breakfast foods you can imagine clear up until 10 am. I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children as well.

I had a wonderful experience here. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was bright, nice, and spotless. The room is small but very clean, the hotel is on a side street,so it is not very loud at night,like other hotels that I've stayed at in NYC. The hotel is in a good location ,and pretty close to the subway. The staff are all helpful and friendly. I loved the free breakfast,there was a lot to choose from and different things every morning. I also loved the free coffee ,cookies, water and wine! I would stay here again.

The location was great we could walk to most venues. Alaina at the front desk was amazing. Unfortunately the evening front desk employee on our first clearly did not enjoy her job and definitely needed some customer service coaching. All together it was a positive dxperience
