"This hotel is not as it appears. It is run down, dirty and it smells horrible. I flew in late and the “free shuttle” from the airport that is supposed to be there every 15 minutes never showed up. I ended up taking a taxi 1.2 miles for $62.
Breakfast was supposed to open at 6am. I got there at 6. No one was there. I came back at 6:25, still nobody was there. I asked the desk when they open. She said “6” and just looked at it. It was 6:30 by then.
There was food on the lobby floor when I arrived and it was still there the next morning.
There was hair in my shower.
Then, as I was leaving, I noticed a blood stain on the bed. I had slept the night on someone else’s blood. That is freaking disgusting!
The entire hotel smelled horrible… like musty old gym socks. It smelled that way the whole time I was there. I had reserved two nights, but ended up canceling after one night and stayed somewhere else."
