"All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Paola (front desk), Carlos, Chema, Efrain, Sergio, Daniel and Jesus (beach staff) in particular provided excellent service. Every staff member we encountered exhibited service with a smile. The resort does not have much staff turnover, which is nice. The food in all of the restaurants was very good. We opted for all inclusive the second day of our stay and the cost was worth it. The property is close to the marina and two massage places which makes is convenient and is on Medano beach which is especially nice if you like to swim in the ocean as we like to do. Suggestions for improvement: consistency in beverage preparation between bars. I noticed that some guests received a welcome glass of champagne at check in while others did not. Housekeeping skipped cleaning our room despite the clean placard hung on the door and she was cleaning the room next door. The rooms, while beautiful and clean need brighter lighting and more lights. Makeup mirrors could use replacing. The one in our room while functional had a wobbly stem."

"Excelente experiencia en Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, pero MUCHO CUIDADO con Marketing.Nuestra estadía en Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach en Los Cabos fue excelente en general. El resort es hermoso, disfrutamos muchísimo de sus instalaciones y la mayoría del personal nos brindó un servicio increíble.Queremos reconocer especialmente a Erika de Front Desk, por su excelente atención, y a los bell boys Antonio Brito y Leonel, quienes siempre fueron muy amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos. ¡Personas como ellos realmente hacen la diferencia! 👏❤️ Lamentablemente, no podemos decir lo mismo del departamento de Marketing. Nuestra experiencia con Fausto fue muy mala. Nos ofrecieron y anotaron un precio y posteriormente quisieron cobrarnos uno diferente. Cuando estás de vacaciones y aceptas una oferta, esperas transparencia y, sobre todo, que respeten exactamente lo que te prometieron. También tengan mucho cuidado con las excursiones que les ofrecen desde Marketing. A nosotros nos prometieron específicamente una excursión al Arco con Cabo Adventures en un bote de cristal, y esa no fue la experiencia que recibimos. Si les ofrecen algo similar, les recomendamos verificar directamente con la compañía antes de pagar y pedir que TODO quede por escrito: precio, tipo de embarcación y exactamente qué incluye la excursión. No pierdan su dinero confiando únicamente en una promesa verbal.Es una lástima porque, fuera de esta situación con Marketing, todo estuvo de maravilla ."

"Me gustó mucho las instalaciones y sobre todo que continúan sin cobrar los camastro frente a la playa, no como otros hoteles que si lo hacen 👍👍, lo que sugiero mejorar es colocar frigobar dentro de las habitaciones para mantener frías las bebidas y apagar de este modo el aire acondicionado y lo que me pareció incomodo fue la aptitud de la persona de la entrada a la propiedad que estuvo el dia miércoles en el transcurso del día, estoy de acuerdo que hiso mucho calor ese dia y que ocasiona malestar pero el es la primera impresión de la propiedad y tenemos que ser mas amables y menos déspotas, ( trabajar estos detalles por favor) en general todo muy bien 👍👍👍👍"

"The location of the resort was perfect, about a 5–10 minute walk to the Malecon that had a bunch of stores on the way and a market for souvenir shopping. The double bed room was perfect for two people and very spacious. Although we did not have a balcony or view of the ocean, the view out to the street was still nice just very noisy with all the cars driving by. The buffet had a wide variety of foods and was delicious, but the restaurant you had to make reservations for had a very selective menu that didn’t have many good options. There was an open area in the lobby with seating and a lobby bar to relax outside of your room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and Puerto Vallarta is beautiful!"
