Staffs were very helpful and there were full amenities. The room was a bit tight for a family of three.

Clean room, friendly staff, well located, fabulous coffee shop and roof top bar
Location was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. My shower wasn’t great but everything else was. Will stay here again the next time in Mexico City.
The property is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the restaurants are great! The rooms are a bit dark and the pool isn’t spacious - we avoided swimming as there are only a couple of lounge chairs directly beside the restaurant upstairs. Everything was very clean and well kept and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again! Central location next to shopping destinations, restaurants, museums and more.
Two criticisms: 1) the bed was uncomfortable; too soft and the sheets were not tucked (maybe they were too small for the mattress?) 2) It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair, other than the desk chair. As it was the only comfortable place was lying in bed.
Two compliments: 1) housekeeping was very efficient and kept us well stocked in water bottles and clean towels. 2) front of house staff were very helpful (concierge, bell staff..)
The staff at this hotel is 20/10
The rooms are spacious
The hotel is spotless
Best location to walk anywhere.
Can’t wait to be back!
Thank you Andaz team
The room was fine, though the noise was loud from and the roof top bar music. We were on the 15th floor. There was mold in the grout of our shower stall. Staff around hotel, bell boys etc, excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the Mexican options daily. Special mention to Hugo (restaurant) and Kevin (luggage)
Great location and general facilities. The area was quiet despite being in the middle of everything. The room was small but well laid out and equipped. There was black mold around the sink. The room was over the bar so music which was not overly loud but could be heard all evening. The noise from other rooms was a bit loud both overhead, beside and the hallway.
The room was spacious, clean, and with awesome amenities. 10/10 would recommend. The cabuya rooftop, portico breakfast, derba coffee shop were all top class. My wife had a massage at the Spa and greatly enjoyed it. The staff top to bottom was incredibly friendly, generous, and attentive. Will be returning soon! The neighborhood is incredibly active with good nightlife options as well as easy access to public transportation.

Room was ok. Bed very comfortable and so was shower and all bedding. Hotel is dated and needs upgrade. Food was on at breakfast a lines were super long. Overall not my favorite andaz. I would stay some other place
Loved this hotel. The entire staff was courteous and friendly from the moment we arrived at the Andaz until we left. My room was cleaned daily and was comfortable quiet. The fitness room was pretty decent for something you'd find in a hotel. The rooftop bar/restaurant was perfect for a lazy evening.
The Andaz is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to plenty of neighborhood restaurants and a beautiful park. I highly recommend the Andaz.
Excellent location, good vibe and overall amenities. A bit pricey for what you get and the pool is a bit of a let down. Would appreciate more places to lay down and lounge.
The rooms are very small and dark. In the evening, it is impossible to see anything! In addition, some of the rooms don’t have a proper bathroom, but a sink inside the room and a toilet divided from the sleeping area only by a glass door (no privacy!). Time to upgrade and install some overhead lighting. The staff was lovely and the cafe excellent.
