Reserve con un mes de anticipación y Dos días antes me avisaron que tenían cupo lleno y que me iban a mover a un alojamiento totalmente distinto al que yo reservé, del que no tenía ningún dato, muy mala experiencia, su justificación fue que expedía no les avisa de las reservas, lo cual se me hace muy raro porque el día que reserve inmediatamente me mandaron whats para confirmar, aún así no me quisieron respetar la reservación y lo único que podían hacer era moverme a otro lugar, al final no me quise arriesgar y pedí que me la cancelaran por seguridad mía y de mi acompañante.
