Extremely clean room with very friendly and helpful staff! Literally steps away from the Zócalo, can be a bit noisy at night especially on the weekends. Would stay again!

The hotel is ok for the price I pay the employee Caterine from the front desk Berry politely good hot water good size of the room clean I recommend for some reason if you don’t have any money but you want to tour with family is close to everything

very reasonable

The beds were comfortable but the pillows were a but hard. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. No cooler but a small vault in the closet. Budget wise a good choice.

This hotel was in a great location to walk to many landmarks and shops. About 1.5 blocks from Zocolo and also there was a bbva atm kiosk on the corner. It was hard to find the first time, it is on the oppositeside from the Canada juice shop /canada hotel. We had toom 201, with window facing the alley. There was nighttime noise but not terrible. Also, I enjoyed the hot water in the shower and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The showerhead looked like it wasnt going to be great but the hotel is kept up well and everything works, shoer and water pressure included. There was a small restaurant in the same alley we enjoyed as they were very friendly and the food was delicious.

The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel and room were kept clean. It was quite quiet. The location is very walkable to a lot of popular areas and office spaces. Do note: the majority of rooms do not have windows! They are dark caves, and there is no airflow, and the room is very hot; the ceiling fan doesn’t offer much for air. We were there in August and September, cooler months, and even buying and setting up our own oscillating fan didn't do a whole lot. We wouldn't survive in the summer months. I'm sure the limited rooms with the windows would make for a great stay. There is also no parking, which was proven to be a problem for us.

El personal fue muy amable, el cuarto que nos tocó fue muy agradable, para descansar, no hay mucho ruido, cómodo, la entrada al callejón puede dar desconfianza pero todo muy bien, muy cerca del zócalo, recomendado

Die Zimmer sind sauber und stimmen mit den abgebildeten Fotos überein. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, was mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Wenn ich wieder in México City bin, werde ich definitiv das Hotel wieder buchen.

Personal poco amable, solicitamos una habitación con aire acondicionado y no nos la dieron, por lo contrario nos mandaron al quinto piso una habitación q daba al frente de una propiedad q tenía 25 perros los cuales no dejaron de ladrar toda la noche, no recomendaría este hotel jamás

Todo ha ido genial. Es un lugar muy recomendable. El único problemita que hemos tenido es que el WiFi solo llegaba al baño y el pasillo, pero será porque estábamos más alejados. El personal es muy atento y nos ha ayudado muchísimo. Un placer.
