"This was a 1 night stay, due to a connection the following day, shuttle service from and to the airport both T1 and T2 was excellent, profesional drivers, very helpful, the service is complimentary and runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, a tip to the driver is encouraged, front desk staff, attentive, friendly and profesional, there is a full service restaurant and a coffee shop with great coffee and pastries, room was very good, the only issue I had was that the hot water in the shower did...

"The uber can not pick me up inside the hotel I have to walk outside, not good, it was raining that day , another day family could not pick me up either I have to walk outside

"Wonderful . Staff was very attentive and friendly. Location was perfect. The 24hr snack/bar was perfect. Roberto and Fernanda were amazing. They helped us plan our stay and celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. I would definitely come back and recommend friends and family to stay at Zocalo Central."

"The property itself was excellent, service was excellent, location was excellen. The only issue i had but maybe its a personal issue but after a long day of walking, and sightseeing, I had it in my head to relax in the jacuzzi and re-energize. When i got to the jaccuzzi/spa it was the same water temperature as the pool water. I find it diffiucult to relax the body in cool water and relax the body. The spa jets worked well but not the spa water temp. Maybe a me issue, but i was dissapointed....
