The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the design of the shower. Hot water comes out instantly, but there's no space to dress/undress. Other than that, it was perfect!

Excellent service and excellent staff. The room we were first assigned was a little smaller and darker than we were hoping so we asked if we could move rooms and they were more than happy to do so and let us pick which one we wanted. The only reason I have given this 4 stars is that the road is quite loud. Other than that, excellent stay!

My mom had to stay in Mexico City due to my dad being in the hospital in ICU. We tried to look for a hotel nearby, and this was the most affordable one we could find. My mom and family loved it; they said it was very accommodating and the staff was very nice. We booked her for an entire week and will probably do so again in the next few days.

Everything was amazing the only issue was the AC and the ceiling fan. The room would get warm not every day but would be nice if there was an actual AC unit to cool the room before bed. But beside that staff was amazing breakfast amazing evryhting the stay was great.

Location does not have an Ice machine or available ice. For us who are diabetics we need to maintain our insulin cool. Staff was able to keep my ice packs from my in travel bag, no ice to keep the insulin on ice, so it can be available when need. I personally bought ice bags from a store close by,every day. Hot water took a long time to start, at least 10 minutes or more. If you have signs indicating us to save water, not sure how you would correct this issue. Once the hot water was coming out it was hot.

The hotel is cozy and the location was excellent, you are within walking distance of many major staples of the city and plenty of good restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Also, close to Fuente Cibeles where you’ll be able to take the city tour bus, a 20 minute walk to Chapultepec park with various museums near the park, a 10 minutes walk to zona Rosa, parque México and shopping mall. The staff is absolutely fantastic, everyone was welcoming and extremely courteous. The hotel was clean and the restaurant food is truly authentic and delicious! No need to go out to find breakfast when you’re staying here. I simply can’t say enough good things about this place, but specially their staff.

Hotel was quaint and breakfast was convenient. Our first room faced the restaurant and got loud early in the morning so we switched rooms. The second room faced the courtyard and was also loud early in the morning.

The hotel is cute, good location. The shower located by the main room door I didn’t like it. The room was very small so if someone is planning on spending time at the room it isnt the best for that then. The staff were really nice, provided a good service.
